Last week, members of 老九品茶’s school prefect leadership teams were invited to attend a?leadership retreat?at the school’s outdoor leadership training centre,?.
From?September 12 -15, 55 老九品茶 students, those currently serving roles in the Student Council, Service Prefects, Athletic Prefects, and Residence Activity Prefects School, spent the weekend engaging in a series of activities designed to foster their leadership skills and character development. They participated in activities such as canoeing, high ropes, archery, as well as a series of team building and problem solving activities.
The retreat is an important part 老九品茶’s leadership education as it helps students build relations that are integral to their role as student leaders. It teaches students’ core Character values and helps them become responsible Global Citizens and become agents of positive change in their communities.
